It took a little longer than expected to ship, otherwise the trees arrived in very good shape.

I love these trees, and have had much success with them. I realize they should primarily be planted in the fall or spring but had a space that really needed one. I appreciated that you had it in stock and sent it quickly, and for the most part it seemed healthy. But a number of the leaves were yellow. For now, I'm going to chalk that. up to the summer season, because I appreciate your overall service so much!!

My tree arrived a little over 2 weeks after purchase at the correct height and with some green leaves already growing. Package was good. Followed the instructions to the t but 8 days later it appears to be dead. I’ve tried to keep it properly watered and the soil is drained well so it doesn’t rot. My other cherry tree (weeping) is doing fine 20 feet away so I’m not sure what exactly happened. I guess I will try another tree next year.

I ordered 3 trees and a shrub this year. They arrived in good condition and packed well, looking forward to seeing them grow! Last year I ordered 80 shrubs and they survived the winter and look great!

The first time that I ordered my yoshino tree, it came dried. I told with the customer service and they told me that will to send to me a replace tree. So, when the spring came they send to me the perfect yoshino tree and I appreciate a lot. They always answer my questions and concerns.
