This is a rapid grower, typically from 15 to 50 feet, depending on variety. Mulberry trees are often referred to as blackberry trees because the fruits resemble long, slender blackberries. This is a rapid grower, typically from 15 to 50 feet, depending on variety. Mulberry trees are often referred to as blackberry trees because the fruits resemble long, slender blackberries. They didn’t process my order for a very long time and then sent the package without enough postage (even though I had to pay over $60 for shipping) so the items were never delivered and Green Thumb isn’t answering my emails.

Bad company, would never order from them again.
Green Thumb, if you refund me in full for my $260+ order I’ll take down these reviews

Nicely packaged

The trees were of nice size with plenty of buds just beginning to open when i recieved them. They were shipped in an appropriate size box with support and bound firmly in a bundle with damp media on the roots. In my opinion this is the perfect handling for shipping bare root plants. My only complaint if any was that the main large root of these saplings had been cut pretty short i would say down to about only 2 inches and each tree only had a few small feeder roots left above where the main root was cut. Mulberries are notoriously hardy and vigorous so hopefully it wont be an issue with these plants. Will follow up by fall and give a report on how they adapted to being planted out.
