Processing & Shipping


Hello, we're happy that you found us! Fall shipping will begin soon and we're so excited! Some items will not be available for long so you can place your orders now and if you want them shipped later, please make a note in the Shopping Cart.


Processing times may vary, but are typically 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to hold orders longer based on weather events such as extreme periods of heat and cold. Both can be harmful to your plants. If this is a deal breaker, we would be more than happy to cancel and refund the order rather than risk harming the plants.

Below your items, you will see a box with the pre-text: "ADD CUSTOMER NOTES, SPECIAL REQUEST, SHIP DATES, ETC. HERE". Add your note here. 

We will do our best to ship the order the week of the date.

If you do not specify when you want the order shipped, we will ship it within 5-7 business days.  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on weight and distance. In the spirit of transparency, we sell our plants at a reasonable rate and you pay the shipping. Unfortunately shipping rates continue to rise. To keep our products competitively priced, from time to time, we too will have to also raise our rates. We do apologize for the inconvenience. 


Our packages are shipped via the Unites States Post Office. Due to COVID-19, inflation and the nationwide shortages the USPS is still experiencing heavy delays. This is beyond our control, however, we will do everything we can to ensure that your plants and trees are packed to survive long transit times. 

Shipping Delays 
Orders may be delayed while in transit via the USPS due to weather, logistical issues, carrier errors and/or acts of nature beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for these delays, they are beyond our control. We wrap items so that they will survive the transit periods. Most items can survive up to three weeks. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY COVID-19. 

Shipping Address Errors 
Shipping address errors made by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges to reship returned packages are the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged Package 
In the event your plant is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we may assess the damage. Cosmetic damage does not apply. Please take pictures of the damaged products and the packaging materials and shipping labels before discarding. 

Third Party Shipping

If you are purchasing our products, and reselling them using us as the drop-shipper, your items are not covered under any of our guarantees. We will not replace the items, for any circumstances. You assume all the liability, including shipping delays, damages and losses. There will be no exceptions.
