Shingle Oak Tree
The shingle oak that I ordered came securely wrapped and protected in a tall box. The trunk showed green so it’s alive for sure. I waited several days for the weather to cooperate in late November. The roots seemed sturdy and healthy, just had to untangle them a bit. Watered well, mulched and protected the trunk. Now it’s mother nature’s turn to take care of it until springtime.
Trees arrived, extremely well packaged, in a way that was extremely secure, but I did not feel like I needed to be in a straight jacket after getting the trees out, they were damp and ready to plant!
